dc.description.abstractThe origins of the jurisprudential schools are undoubtedly effective elements in demonstrating the legal rulings. Jurisprudence rulings in schools of thought must conform to these basic principles and rules. And if a disagreement occurs between the ruling of the sect in a matter of its rules and principles, then it is obligatory to follow its principles, even if the ruling of its opponents is supported. This is called compulsion ‘The Ilzam’. In this sense, the concept of ‘The Ilzam’ differs from the science of Polemics. Although "compulsion or The Ilzam" is one of the best ways to reach the facts. The concept of "The Ilzam" takes precedence in practice rather than theory. It has appeared in the Arab countries as a special jurisprudential term and has a definition, conditions, pillars, sections, paths...etc. As for Turkey, I did not find any research in this field in the jurisprudential researches that I had looked. This is the first research in this field in Turkey. What was mentioned in the Islamic Encyclopedia of Turkish Religious Affairs, of the definition of The Ilzam, has absolutely nothing to do with our subject, as they defined it in the sense of obligation in the contract. As for what was mentioned in the lines of the science of Polemics, it is a practical nod to the concept of The Ilzam, to support the opinion of the doctrine in front of the violator only. This article, which contributes to the development of Islamic jurisprudence at the present time, includes the definition of Ilzam as a jurisprudential term, its conditions, divisions, pillars, and paths, and an applied study in selected issues - “The end time for Qurban (Islamic ritual sacrifice)” and “A dead fetus found in the stomach of a sacrificed animal, is it permissible to eat it?” - From the book ‘’Al-Muhalla’’ by Ibn Hazm.tr_TR
